PYUNKANG YUL Essence Toner - 200ml is a nutrient-rich, intensely hydrating toner. The tonic is made up of 90% Astragalus root extracts, a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine to restore the integrity of the skin; rich in betaine, isoflavones and beneficial minerals, it stimulates collagen synthesis, restoring elastic and smooth skin. The toner does not contain mineral water, it has a dense consistency, which is easily absorbed, promoting deep hydration.
